Drucker's Quote of the Week

"Today people expect so much more from their leaders, we are no longer satisfied with somebody at the top who just does not cause any trouble. Times are too competitive. Yesterday's manual worker was satisfied with his paycheck, and he did not expect anything out of his work. That is no longer true of the knowledge worker, he wants to have a life out of his job, and then he has to be able to look up and feel respect. And to be proud of the person who stands for him, for the organization he works for."
